We are a fast-growing organisation looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Executive Assistant to manage our hiring processes and support the leadership team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with HR policies, compliance, and payroll coordination
Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR analytics
Executive Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the founder/leadership team
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the executive team
Ensure smooth daily office operations and coordinate with other departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR or executive assistant roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR software/tools
