Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic, tech, and sales roles
Manage onboarding, offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance
Support performance reviews, learning plans, and employee engagement
Address employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications
Support HR reporting and audits
Provide support to schools, teachers, and administrators via phone, email, chat, or tickets
Resolve platform-related queries (LMS, assessments, reports, logins, integrations)
Guide users on product features, workflows, and best practices
Log, track, and follow up on customer issues until resolution
Escalate technical or product issues to internal teams
Collect feedback and share insights to improve product experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely response SLAs
