Job Description

Job Purpose:

The HR and Compliance Manager will oversee all human resources functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. This role is critical for maintaining a productive workforce and mitigating compliance risks in a facility management environment.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training programs. Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Drive performance management and appraisal systems.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections. Liaise with government authorities for licenses, permits, and statutory filings. Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.

Health, Safety & Welfare

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at client sites. Implement welfare measures for employees working in facility management roles.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review. Maintain employee database and statutory registers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR and compliance, preferably in facility management or service industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
