The HR and Compliance Executive is responsible for managing core HR functions while ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role combines employee lifecycle management with compliance oversight, making it critical for maintaining a positive work culture and legal integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding programs.
Employee Relations
Address grievances and resolve conflicts.
Conduct engagement surveys and implement feedback.
Payroll & Benefits
Manage salary processing, deductions, and benefits administration.
Performance Management
Coordinate appraisals and maintain accurate employee records.
Training & Development
Organize compliance and skill development programs.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance documentation.
Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise on policy updates.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
