Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure timely issuance of letters - offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Assist with exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (ESIC, EPF, etc.).
Handle documentation and filings related to POSH.
Coordinate with consultants or auditors for periodic labor audits and inspections.
Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes that affect HR policies and practices.
Prepare and maintain compliance registers and records as required by law.
Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions for compliance gaps.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and statutory compliance roles.
