Job Summary:
Responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring statutory and legal compliance as per labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee lifecycle (joining, induction, exit).
Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
Prepare and file statutory returns and reports.
Support audits and liaise with consultants/government bodies.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Commerce / Law / Management.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication and MS Excel skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
