Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented
HR and Business Growth Manager
to oversee all aspects of human resources, lead our marketing initiatives, and manage the clinic's financial and administrative operations. This is a unique hybrid role for a professional with a strong business acumen who can align our talented team with our ambitious growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, blending expertise in HR, digital marketing, financial oversight, and business administration to enhance operational efficiency and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)
Talent Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and high-performance work environment. Act as the primary point of contact for all employee matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Performance & Development:
Implement performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and professional development programs to ensure the team remains at the forefront of dental excellence.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with our clinic's values and legal requirements.
Marketing & Business Growth
Strategic Marketing:
Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase patient acquisition and enhance brand visibility, targeting both local and potential dental tourism clients.
Digital Presence:
Manage all digital marketing channels, including the clinic's website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), SEO/SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, patient testimonials) that educates patients and promotes our services.
Community & Corporate Outreach:
Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and corporate entities to establish partnerships and referral networks.
Analytics:
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, patient acquisition costs, and ROI to optimize strategies.
Finance & Business Administration
Financial Oversight:
Oversee the clinic's daily financial operations, including patient billing, insurance claims, and accounts payable/receivable.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly performance reports for the management.
Operational Efficiency:
Analyze clinic workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of dental supplies and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MBA or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a role that combines HR, marketing, and administrative responsibilities. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a significant advantage.
Marketing Expertise:
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
HR Knowledge:
Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Financial Acumen:
Strong grasp of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Leadership:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Problem-Solving:
Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
