both HR and Business Development

Location: Lucknow (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

Draft & post job descriptions Source candidates using AI tools (HireEZ, Lusha) Conduct interviews & background verification Support HR policies, onboarding & compliance

Business Development:

Build strong client relationships Cold-call to generate leads & schedule meetings Deliver product demos & presentations Create brochures, pitch decks & proposals Coordinate with the tech team to resolve client issues Support digital campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads) Attend events & represent the brand

Requirements

MBA (HR/Sales) or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in HR or Sales Strong communication & interpersonal skills Comfortable with CRM, Excel & digital tools * A fast learner who can manage multiple roles
