We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as an
HR & Business Development Executive
. This unique position combines key responsibilities in human resource management and business development, requiring a motivated individual who can manage internal HR functions while simultaneously driving the company's business growth initiatives.
HR Responsibilities :
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, etc.).
Conduct initial orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
Support performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospects.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on business development activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and strategies for business growth.
Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to build connections.

1-3 years of experience in HR, business development, or a similar dual role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
