JD:
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development.
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, keeping records and reports up to date.
Organize and schedule meetings and events, and supervise other staff while delegating responsibilities.
Managing office supplies and ensuring equipment maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Experience in Real estate industry
