Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offers, and warnings.
Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Organize training sessions and performance evaluations.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
Office Administration Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for management.
Maintain office files (digital and physical) and databases.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Analyze new quality leads and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
Prepare reports and insights on lead performance, conversion metrics, and improvement areas.
Support the sales/marketing team in evaluating lead sources and suggesting strategies for improvement.
