We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin professional to manage core HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of HR & Admin activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and event arrangements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Ensure a safe, clean, and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
[0-3 / 2-5] years of experience in HR & Admin roles (Freshers with strong interest in HR/Admin may also apply).
Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
