Staff Management & Inventory Management



staff management tasks involve scheduling employees, assigning duties like customer service and sales, performance monitoring, and training, while inventory management focuses on tracking stock levels, reordering items based on demand, receiving deliveries, properly storing products, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages

Creating employee work schedules based on anticipated customer traffic and sales demands.

Providing ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and operating procedures.

Addressing performance issues and enforcing company policies when necessary.

Distributing tasks like floor sales, cashier operations, visual merchandising, and customer support based on individual strengths.

Regularly counting inventory to identify discrepancies and adjust stock levels as needed.

Maintaining clear communication between sales staff, managers, and suppliers to ensure efficient inventory management.

Compliance and Store Operations



Regularly checking stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Accurate receiving and processing of new merchandise.

Proper product rotation to ensure freshness.

Timely reordering of stock to maintain optimal levels.

Adhering to dress code policies

Maintaining store cleanliness and organization

Displaying merchandise according to company standards

Replenishing stock on shelves

Greeting customers promptly and professionally.

Addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively

Maintaining a neat and organized store environment

Reporting any safety hazards or compliance issues

Monitoring for potential shoplifting activity

Properly securing merchandise to prevent damage

Adhering to company dress code guidelines
