will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational functioning. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, office management, and providing administrative support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of data.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions as per policy.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
Oversee office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.
Manage vendor relationships, AMC contracts, and office supplies.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
Ensure security, health, and safety standards in the workplace.
Support management with document preparation, record keeping, and correspondence.
Handle asset management, utility bills, and administrative budgeting.
