Job Title: HR Admin Department: Human Resources / Administration Job Summary
The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
This role supports smooth warehouse operations by handling workforce coordination, attendance, documentation, compliance and general administrative tasks.
The position will act as a link between warehouse staff and the head office.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime and shift scheduling for warehouse staff.
? Maintain employee records, files and HR documentation accurately.
? Coordinate payroll-related data such as attendance, overtime and deductions with the HR and payroll team.
? Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance and benefits.
? Support disciplinary actions and performance-related documentation when required.
? Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws and workplace regulations.
? Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the warehouse, including filing, record keeping and reporting.
? Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
? Maintain records related to uniforms, ID cards, safety gear and other employee assets.
? Assist in maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
? Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to manpower, attendance and operations.
? Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office and warehouse administrative needs.
? Support audits, inspections and compliance checks when required.
? Act as a communication link between warehouse staff and head office HR, finance and operations teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
