to lead the people and workplace functions at Himalaya International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and day-to-day administrative functions that ensure smooth office and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Manage attendance, leave, and discipline records across departments
Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
Supervise administrative activities including vendor management, facility upkeep, and procurement
Liaise with management to align HR strategy with business objectives
Maintain a professional and motivating work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration (manufacturing or service industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and payroll
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
