Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring implementation.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR/Admin experience.
Good knowledge of HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
