REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Candidate should be holding a MASTER DEGREE IN HR

Minimum 2-4 Year's Experience Required.

Skills Required

- Should be able to manage multiple tasks.

- Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressureDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.

- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.

- Identify training needs and develop training programs.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Office Timings

: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary Offered

: 2.25 - 3.00 lakhs per annum

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.05 per month
