Key Responsibilities:
Handle
labour law compliances
(PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, etc.)
Joining, exit formalities & employee documentation
Attendance, leave & manpower records
Site admin activities - accommodation, food & vendor coordination
Support payroll inputs & statutory records
HR & Admin MIS using Excel
Requirements:
2-5 years HR & Admin experience (Manufacturing/Refinery preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour law compliances
Good Excel & computer skills
Local Bathinda candidate preferred
Punjabi language preferred
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
