Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment process, and ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.
? Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
? Time and Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records, manage employee leave, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
? Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
? Performance Management: Support performance reviews, promotions, and terminations.
? Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Time Office Management:
? Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
? Scheduling: Maintain organized calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting rooms.
? Record-Keeping: Accurately record employee data, attendance, and time-off requests.
? Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, attendance, and performance.
? Communication: Ensure timely communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders.

? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
