Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and conduct initial HR rounds.
Negotiate offers and finalize employment terms.
Maintain proper documentation and candidate records.
Exit Management:
Manage resignations and terminations as per company policy.
Handle clearance formalities, asset returns, and settlements.
Issue relieving and experience letters.
Maintain ex-employee database and analyze trends.
2. Induction & Learning & Development (40%)
Induction:
Plan and execute structured onboarding and induction programs.
Introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and processes.
Coordinate with managers for role-specific orientation.
Collect and act on new hire feedback.
Learning & Development:
Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with team leaders.
Organize training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
Track training effectiveness and maintain records.
3. Corporate Tie-ups for Pathology Employee Testing (20%)
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for health screening services.
Build partnerships with HR teams of other organizations.
Design and manage health screening packages.
Handle logistics for on-site employee testing.
Draft contracts and ensure smooth execution of services.
4. Administrative & Documentation Management
Maintain and organize HR and administrative records.
Prepare and update reports and documentation as per standards.
5. Vendor & Third-Party Payroll Management
Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure and operational needs.
Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and payments.
Oversee attendance and payroll documentation for third-party employees.
Liaise with agencies to ensure compliance and timely payroll processing.
6. Lab Administration & Finance Coordination
Support daily lab administrative operations.
Compile and submit invoices and bills to the finance team.
Track payments and approvals.
7. General HR & Admin Duties
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Manage employee travel arrangements and expense verification.
Oversee performance evaluation processes.
Communicate HR policies effectively to all teams.
Ensure workplace hygiene, discipline, and compliance.
Handle employee grievances and escalate when required.
Maintain and update HR MIS reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
