About the Role
Panache Design Studio is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling both HR and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic design studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exits).
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Oversee office administration: vendor management, housekeeping, supplies, maintenance.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and facility management.
Ensure policy implementation and HR compliance.
Support payroll coordination with Accounts team.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or Business Administration preferred.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin (experience in interior design / architecture / creative field preferred).
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive, approachable, and reliable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
