This role oversees all core Human Resources functions while also leading and coordinating the social media team. The person ensures smooth internal operations, maintains employee discipline and performance systems, and drives the company's digital presence by guiding the content and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of HR data.
Implement HR policies, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support management with performance reviews, appraisals, and increment structures.
Conduct employee engagement activities and create a positive work environment.
Address employee concerns confidentially and mediate internal conflicts when required.
Organize training, skill development, and policy awareness sessions.
2. Social Media Team Oversight:
Manage and supervise the social media team's daily and weekly tasks.
Set content goals, guidelines, and monthly content calendars for all platforms.
Ensure the team captures project photos, videos, and updates on schedule.
Review and approve posts, captions, reels, and designs before publishing.
Align social media content with brand identity and company objectives.
Monitor overall page and ad performance through analytics reports.
Coordinate with the design, project, and management teams to gather required content.
Ensure timely responses to comments and messages (team-handled, not personally).
Maintain a consistent online presence and ensure the quality of all published content.
