HR & Admin Manager

to handle recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee documentation, and day-to-day office administration. The role also involves vendor management, facility upkeep, and ensuring smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment, onboarding & employee records Payroll, attendance & statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws) Office administration, vendor & facility management Employee engagement & grievance handling

Requirements:



Graduate in HR/Business Administration 1-3 years' experience in HR & Admin (real estate preferred) Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance Strong communication & leadership skills (Tamil & English) Proficiency in MS Office/HR tools
