Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for night-shift employees
Manage attendance, shift rosters, and assist with payroll coordination
Support recruitment activities - screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, ID issuance, and background verification
Drive employee engagement and address grievances for night-shift staff
Ensure compliance with HR policies and escalate concerns when needed
Admin Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee transport services for the night shift
Monitor workplace facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Track and maintain stock of office supplies
Report and log incidents, escalations, or maintenance issues during the shift
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred)
1-3 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a night-shift BPO environment
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Familiarity with HRMS tools, PF/ESI basics, and transport coordination.
