Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Human Resource Management



Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation

Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide support in performance reviews

Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure employee satisfaction

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives

Ensure legal compliance with all HR-related regulations and labor laws

2. Administration Management



Supervise day-to-day office operations including facility management, supplies, and vendor coordination

Maintain records of assets, inventory, and office documentation

Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and administrative support for senior management

Ensure safety, hygiene, and maintenance of the office environment

Monitor and manage budgets for administrative expenses

3. Compliance & Reporting



Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards

Generate and submit reports related to HR metrics, attendance, leaves, and attrition

Liaise with government agencies for licenses, labor inspections, etc.

Manage documentation and record-keeping for audits and internal controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Preferably in FMCG industry: 2 years (Required) HR and administrative roles: 3 years (Required)
