Duties
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee office administration, and facility operations.
Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning.
