Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and hospital regulations.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and staff supervision.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Maintain discipline, attendance records, and employee welfare programs.
Support management in audits, policy documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Foster a positive and productive work culture within the hospital environment.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare HR & Administration
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
