Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee lifecycle activities: confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Administration Management
Manage office administration, facilities, and infrastructure.
Oversee vendor management, AMC contracts, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
Maintain records related to assets, contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Control administrative budgets and optimize costs.
Implement and monitor internal controls and office policies.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
Maintain accurate employee and administrative records.
Support audits related to HR and administration.
