We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automobile industry and a strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
Maintain statutory compliance and employee records.
Manage administrative tasks such as office maintenance, vendor management, attendance, and facility coordination.
Ensure smooth execution of training and performance evaluation processes.
Promote a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values.
Oversee employee grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in the HR domain (Automobile industry experience mandatory).
Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and labor laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
