Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and files
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Help manage attendance, leave records & HR databases
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and vendor communication
Support administrative tasks like documentation, filing, and scanning
Assist in HR policies and compliance tasks
Support in organizing employee engagement activities
Draft emails, letters, and notices as required
Other Details
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Commerce / Management
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication in English and Malayalam
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Positive attitude and professionalism
