Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining employee records, including soft and hard copies
2. Updating HR databases with information such as new hires, separations, and leaves
3. Gathering payroll data and assisting with payroll preparation
4. Publishing job ads and scheduling interviews
5. Preparing HR-related reports, such as expense and budget reports
6. Developing training materials
7. Responding to employee inquiries about benefits
8. Creating guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
9. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
