Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin professional with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll processing, statutory and ISO compliance, and administrative functions while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Process monthly payroll, F&F settlements, and salary structures Ensure statutory compliance: PF, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc. Handle ISO documentation, audits, and compliance closure Managing Performance Management System (PMS) and appraisals Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and policies Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance support Oversee office administration, vendors, facilities, and assets

Requirements:



MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

5-6 years of relevant HR experience

Hands-on experience in payroll processing

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation

Experience in ISO compliance will be an added advantage
