Key Responsibilities



Implement HR policies, procedures & ensure statutory compliance Coordinate with vendors for office administration & facility management Monitor office infrastructure & utilities (maintenance, safety, upkeep) Support end-to-end recruitment & smooth onboarding of new hires Handle employee relations, grievances & conflict resolution Assist in goal setting, performance management & employee engagement initiatives Coordinate training programs, workshops & learning activities Manage employee exit processes, F&F settlements & exit interviews Administer employee benefits, insurance & welfare programs Organize employee events, recognition & team-building activities Track HR metrics, prepare MIS reports & support management decisions

Eligibility & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field Minimum

2+ years

of HR & Admin experience Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficient in HRIS, MS Excel & MS Office tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
