We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee coordination, policy implementation, and office administration while ensuring compliance with company and government labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment process
including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
Support implementation of
company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with
government labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle employee communication, coordination, and basic grievance support
Manage office administration tasks such as attendance, leave records, and internal coordination
Prepare reports and correspondence using MS Office tools
Support management with HR and administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Understanding of
company HR policies and government labor laws
Knowledge of
recruitment processes and sourcing methods
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in HR & Administration (preferred but not mandatory)
