Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Maintain employee records (e.g., personal data, attendance, performance). Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure the completion of necessary documentation. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Prepare HR-related reports as required. Maintain compliance with labor regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
