Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and exits.
Coordinate recruitment activities: sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding documentation.
Support performance management processes including appraisals, goal tracking, and feedback cycles.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication programs.
Assist in learning & development initiatives such as training coordination and skill development programs.
Payroll, Compliance & HRMS
Prepare and validate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and reimbursement data.
Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labour laws including
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment
, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with external payroll and compliance vendors for timely filings and audits.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and statutory registers.
Manage and update HRMS systems ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Administration & Facility Management
Oversee office administration including vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
Manage petty cash, track daily expenses, maintain vouchers, and submit periodic reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with the finance team for petty cash replenishment and expense approvals.
Coordinate with facility vendors for housekeeping, and maintenance.
Manage office infrastructure, seating, access control, and workplace safety standards.
Support travel, accommodation, and other employee administrative requirements.
Ensure a clean, safe, and employee-friendly work environment.
Policies, Culture & Employee Experience
Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR and administrative policies.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Support management in implementing employee wellness, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations matter with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
Education & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance practices.
Proficiency in
HRMS tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Certification in HR or Admin (SHRM / PHR) is an added advantage.
Experience & Skills
4-6 years of experience in
HR & Administration roles

Strong exposure to
HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and office administration
.
Experience in
IT / Software / Services industry
preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
