Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks (attendance, invoices, reimbursements, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle travel arrangements and logistics when required
