Female Human Resources (HR)
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement activities
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations
Administration
Manage office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
Support management with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (freshers may apply if specified)
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
