Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
Assist in employee engagement, training coordination, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Administration:
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Manage purchase orders, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
Monitor stock, stationery, and asset management.
Handle visitor management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR & Administration.
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
