Are you a dynamic HR professional with a knack for administration and people management? We're looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team.

Role: HR & Admin Executive

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Location: West Mogappair, Chennai

Preferring Female Candidates



Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources:



1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

2. Maintain employee records and HR databases

3. Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management

4. Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Administration:



1. Oversee office operations and facility management

2. Coordinate vendor management and procurement

3. Manage travel arrangements and logistics

4. Maintain inventory and office supplies

5. Support internal communication and documentation

What We're Looking For:



1. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

2. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

3. Ability to multitask and manage priorities

4. Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws

5. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,281.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
