Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HRMS/ERP records.
Handle employee joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
Prepare and process payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, etc.).
Support performance appraisal process and maintain appraisal records.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and welfare initiatives.
Address employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
Administration
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination for admin services.
Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, vehicles, and infrastructure.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport requirements.
Coordinate with external agencies, government departments, and contractors for admin-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies at the workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
