Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Monitor employee performance review schedules and coordinate appraisals.
Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office premises.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Support in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
1 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Knowledge of general administrative procedures.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication skills. Fluent in English
