Role Description



This is a full-time role for an HR Admin. As an HR Admin at Relomi Corporate Services LLP, you will be responsible for handling HR-related tasks such as managing employee records, administering payroll, and supporting recruitment processes. Additionally, you will be involved in basic office administration tasks such as responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the office environment.

Skills/Qualifications



Experience of HR administration functions, including employee record management and payroll administration, hiring and placement Bachelor's degree in HR in a must HR-related Professional email writing and agreements drafting experience. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in the service industry like ours is a plus Data record keeping (various data in respective formats to be maintained in real-time). Petty cash management Provide administrative support for operations team Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
