Specific Responsibilities
Maintain manual / biometric attendance, over time and gate pass records.
Prepare monthly PF & ESIC challans and other similar statutory records.
Maintain employees data base record, offer letter, promotion letter and KYC documentation.
Handle day to day operations like attendance, recruitment, Leaves, safety, training and grievances etc.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Recruit new staff members, post job posting on job portals, search and screening candidate, and onboard new employees.
Maintain and propose HR Policies
Maintain other administrative activities such as front office, office maintenance, transport and security etc.
Miscellaneous accounting related activities
Experience and Education Requirements
Graduate with minimum 1-2 yrs experience
Good knowledge and working experience in MS Office (Word/Excel) & Tally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
