Job Description

The HR and Admin Executive will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting essential HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. This role is

recruitment-focused

, requiring strong coordination, follow-ups, and candidate management skills, along with

involvement in HR operations, engagement initiatives, and office administration

to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups. Send interview invites, reminders, confirmations, and collect timely interview feedback from stakeholders. Coordinate pre-joining formalities such as documentation, offer acceptance, and joining confirmations. Support recruiters in CV screening, sourcing, and shortlisting activities. Ensure accurate and relevant candidate information is shared with the respective hiring managers/POCs. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports. Assist with background verification processes as required (role/profile dependent). Act as a point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Core HR - Onboarding & Offboarding



Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, welcome emails, system allocation, and seating arrangements. Support new joiners with official email IDs, system access, and credentials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS. Manage employee exit formalities including clearances, feedback collection, system handover, and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Internal Communication



Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives such as birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals, and internal celebrations. Maintain and circulate monthly employee birthday and work anniversary calendars. Assist in maintaining the employee engagement and events calendar. Share internal communication, announcements, and reminders related to engagement activities and performance reviews. Track KRA and goal-setting completion for new joiners (Work From Office).

Administration & Office Support



Support daily office operations including coordination for cleanliness, workstations, stationery, and pantry supplies. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services as required. Assist in asset allocation, tracking, and record maintenance (systems, accessories, ID cards). Provide first-level support during system or hardware issues and coordinate with IT support when needed.

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of recruitment coordination and hiring processes Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage recruitment alongside operational responsibilities Familiarity with HRMS, MS Office, and basic recruitment tools Detail-oriented with a problem-solving and employee-centric approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
