Manage entire HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Handle Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, liaise with workers, union representatives, and local authorities for smooth factory operations.
Ensure factory administration, including security, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Maintain accurate HR data, prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management review.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, factory regulations, and facilitate HR audits.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred, with experience in manufacturing HR or factory operations.
Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR compliance.
Proficient in HRMS, Excel, and able to communicate well in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Hands-on, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR and admin functions independently.
