Job Title: HR and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and technical roles - sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, factory laws, etc.).
Assist in employee grievance handling and maintain a positive work environment.
Administration:
Maintain and track inventory of office/admin supplies and utilities.
Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services, contracts, and renewals.
Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setup.
Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices.
Good command over MS Office tools (especially Excel); experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
