Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
Drafting and distributing HR-related communications.
Administration:
Managing office supplies and equipment.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintaining office facilities and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Handling general administrative duties like filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
