Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee payroll, salary processing, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Draft and implement HR policies to align with company culture and compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Organize training and development programs for staff.
Administration & Office Management
Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and service providers.
Oversee travel arrangements, scheduling, and event coordination.
Ensure adherence to company policies and office discipline.
Support top management in reporting, documentation, and decision-making.
Requirements
5-10 years of proven experience
in HR and administration.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliances, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and administrative tools.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
